I have just 4 years’ experience caring and supporting people.

I have high standards and I am always striving to go the extra mile in order to achieve any task set.

I provide personal care which includes washing, bathing showering, toileting etc. I’m used to taking on new clients and introducing myself and the company and discovering their needs.

I help with morning, afternoon, and bedtime routines. Preparing or assisting with meal and drink preparation. Light household tasks - dusting, laundry, washing up and vacuuming. Shopping and collecting prescriptions. Maintaining records of my daily activities. I ensure that I use clear communication too.

I enjoy swimming & socialising, I love to help people and have a very caring heart. I’m very confident and hardworking.

Do you have a driving license and access to a vehicle?: Yes, I have a driving license & access to a car

 In my free time I would have usually spend this enjoying it with my family but as we cannot mix households unfortunately we go for walks with the dogs.

I especially enjoy spending time with my Grandad, I love to see him happy when he tells me his stories about when he lived in Ireland.  

In my alone time I enjoy reading books, I am currently improving my online eyelash business which I am very proud of.

I have cared for my Nan in the past, she passed away this year therefore this has led me, my mother and my sister to care for my Grandad as my Nan would do everything for him in the past. I am enjoying this as it gives everyone structure and purpose. We have created so many good memories before the tier 5 lockdown but for now we are keeping busy by doing puzzles, I have just got my grandad a 3D puzzle which he loves. 

I’m 2019 I studied health and social care at LSEC Greenwich where I took part in a work placement which was in Shooters Hill where I cared for elderly people with special needs. My responsibility was to clean all of the bedrooms, prompt medication and support with showers and food. I would also keep a diary and follow-up all of the things that happened on my shift.

In 2020 I also have experience working with children in an indoor educational entertainment.

Availability: 

Mon - Sat from 2PM.

Sunday - All day

I have compassion and I have empathy. I enjoy gardening and reading and I also enjoy walking.

I have previously worked in the community as a carer and also in a care home with people living with dementia and Alzheimer’s.

I also have personal experience as I have been looking after my mother who has just recovered from cancer. I did my NVQ2 health and social care qualification back in 1999.

I have two teenage daughters who are 17 and 18, I love spending time with them, we walk the dogs and watch movies.

Up until 2 weeks ago I would care for my nan daily, she was in the late stage of dementia, I would take her out in her wheelchair. Clean and cook and help with hygiene.

I cared for my nan officially for a year, however I visited my nan 3 times a week before that to keep her company and make sure her lunch was eaten and she had let her dog out. I love my two dogs, they too were a great comfort for my nan.

She passed away in the last few weeks and I’d like to help others in a similar way.
