I am a very experienced carer, I have 20 years’ experience in care & I currently help support a tetraplegic gentleman in Exmouth.
I have experience dealing with challenging behaviour and learning difficulties and with assisting with day to day life including personal care, medication, activities and finances.
I have completed medication, epilepsy awareness, diabetes awareness, self-harm awareness, palliative & end of life care training. I’ve also completed training in Covid & infection control, peg feeding and ventilator & respiratory machine training.
People often say I am a kind & caring person with a brilliant sense of humour!
Outside of work I like reading, good conversation, spending time with my family & walking my 2 crazy dogs!
