Tell us about you!

I have a small dog who I love to bits so I enjoy taking him to the park. I like to read crime thrillers and I enjoy watching old TV series which I didn’t see the first time around.

I don’t have any experience of physically caring for someone. I feel now is the time for me to give something back instead of working just for myself.

I really feel for lonely people who have to self-isolate during this awful time that we are going through and would like to do something useful with my time.

I previously worked for Sussex Police until November 2019.

Availability: I would be happy with one or two hours a day. I am flexible on days and times.

Tell us about you!

I love animals, music, walking alone or with my dog. I enjoy board games, reminiscing about one’s past and assisting the elderly with exercise.

I enjoy motivating people who can be lonely or depressed. Although I am not a qualified grief counsellor I am very good in providing comfort to those who’ve recently lost a loved one.

I currently care for my elderly 88 year old uncle. He had a stroke four years ago and sometimes has a risk of falling. He suddenly sadly lost his wife (my Aunt) in February.

I also have experience working for Age U.K West Sussex as an activity/support worker, I created programs, event lunches and hold a level 1 in chair exercise.

Availability: Hours between 12pm and 3pm Monday to Saturday
