I’m a private carer in Bodmin. I love Arts and crafts and singing and drama. I love walking in the country and nature. I’m a pet lover and a real people person too. I love getting to know the clients I work for and also love history. I’m divorced and have two grown up sons, one lives in London, the other New Zealand. I was bought up in Bodmin and went to school in Bodmin and Wadebridge.

I have most of my experience working in the care of children and have an NVQ 3 in Early Years Care and Education, an NVQ2 Dealing with challenging in children and young people.

I’ve been working as a Carer for 5 weeks and I enjoy the work but I would like to work closer to Bodmin as I’m doing St Austell runs going out to Grandpound and St Dennis and getting home at night very late on double shifts. I have developed a real bond with the people I work for and currently do a house sit in St Tudy where I’m not only a Carer but a housekeeper too.

Only just started in adult care work but I spend a lot of time in the care of my clients I can provide good references too.

Availability: Minimum 30 hours, maximum 40 hours.
