Gillian has all the relevant health qualifications, she is a driver and a non-smoker.
She has worked in the care industry for a number of year and is a qualified social worker by background so has a lot of knowledge and experience of the services available.
For the past 4 years she has been engaged in live in care assignments throughout the UK. Gillian is trustworthy, hardworking, reliable, down to earth and has a great sense of humour!
Gillian has a wealth of care experience gained from working in a variety of settings including care homes, community and primary trusts. During her career in care she has provided consistent, person centred care that catered to all of my customer's physical and emotional requirements.
Gillian has experience with personal care, administering medication and completed domestic duties such as cooking and cleaning. She has been involved in assessing and updating care plans to ensure a high-level of relevant on-going care.
She also has personal experience as she provided support to her
father, after he was diagnosed with lung cancer and needed additional support at home.
Gillian describes herself as positive, caring and understanding, kind and compassionate. She prides herself on being punctual, reliable. She is self-motivated, an excellent communicator and is
enthusiastic.
