Tell us about you! I am very good at communicating with people, I have undertaken counselling courses, I’m a good listener and understanding of people's needs. I have spent the last 20 years working with young people and helping them overcome their difficulties and challenges in life. I am a keen gardener and enjoy music, dance and sport.

I have two daughters aged 11 and 12 who I adore and a wonderful husband who works very hard running his own business. I grew up in this area and moved away when I was 18 and returned 10 years ago to raise my children and be nearer to my ageing parents. I also enjoy travel and immersing myself in the culture of a country.

I have helped and supported my dad who had cancer a few years ago at the age of 82 and I also supported my mother.

Availability: I am currently employed so would need to give notice.

Tell us about you! I have a 3 year old boy and a teenage girl and I love being a mum and caring for my family, cooking, being creative and everything arty, reading stories and novels, going on bike rides and walks and exploring nature.

I love to travel and used to live and work abroad learning French and Spanish I also like to sew and bake.

I have spent most of my life working in hospitality running restaurants and cafes as I love meeting people, socialising and helping people enjoy life. I am also a fully qualified hypnotherapist and have completed a years’ counselling skills course as I enjoy helping people.

I have worked as an activities coordinator in a residential home for the elderly, a very rewarding job, I also cared for my elderly grandmother and great aunty who both lived with dementia for many years.

I am very patient and although this can be challenging work it can also be wonderful to be able to be of comfort and bring some joy into people’s day-to-day lives .

The very reason that I am applying for this work is to be able to make a difference to people who need company, companionship and a little joy in their lives.

Availability: I am available 4 hours a day between 9am and 7pm 7 days a week at the moment.
