I have completed a Level 2 certificate working in the healthcare sector and have also completed Level 2 in infection control.
I have personal experience looking after my grandparents, I understand that working as a care assistant involves helping people to live their best possible life by assisting with their needs.
I am confident to support with medication, shopping, accompanying for walks outside, medical appointments, and helping with needs like washing, dressing and going to the toilet as I have experienced this in my personal life.
I feel my skills are particularly well-suited to this position because I have genuine care, compassion in me, I am emphatic type of person who enjoys helping those in need . I believe I have the type of knowledge to succeed in this role.
