I am a qualified phlebotomist and through my career I've learnt many aspects of care.
I am an experienced carer, I have experience with complex care. and also helped with most aspects of personal care, feeding and support whilst out and about. I am trained to deal with diabetes and trained to handle challenging behaviour.
Also worked as a community care assistant helping with their day to day needs; washing, continence control, preparing meals and administering medication.
When training for this job I attended courses in:

I’ve also worked as a healthcare assistant helping with low level support and also for those living with dementia with their day to day needs such as washing, dressing, eating.
I was also an activity coordinator at a care home, I arranged day trips, for people to come into the home and activities!
I'm outgoing and take my time to get to know people.
I enjoy helping people and enabling to live to the best of their ability. I enjoy cooking and baking.
