My experience started as a home help with Worcester Council , l then worked in the dementia team which l really enjoyed. I joined the NHS working in the community with the district nurses helping with basic dressings etc.
l then went to live in Devon for 3 years and came back and joined an agency but felt rushed and could not give my clients the time so l am retired but looking for that individual role to keep my skills up dated and enjoy meeting new people.
People say I always go the extra mile and put people at ease and am always cheerful.
I enjoy gardening, planting seeds watching them grow and replanting and enjoying the produce throughout the year.
I also enjoy walking in country air, knitting, chatting, getting to know the clients history and life story that l enjoy listening to. Jigsaw puzzles, reading taking my dog for a walk.
