I have completed the NVQ level 2 qualification in health and social care.
I have experience supporting people with shopping, accompanying to medical appointments, light meal preparation, housework, pet walking, helping with medication, companionship and with care for people living with dementia.
I enjoy aqua aerobics, pilates, walking and cooking.
Availability: Most days mornings. Most days early afternoon. Monday to Friday, some Saturdays.
