Lorraine’s hobbies are cooking, sewing and keeping her house in order. She does a little reading if she gets the time.
Lorraine is a cook by trade but in my last few years she has worked in care homes and helped with supporting people and with housekeeping.
Claire has completed community carer training and she also has personal experience caring and supporting her mother in law who was diagnosed with dementia.
Lorraine is naturally an empathetic person, friendly and approachable.
What Lorraine Says:
I am married, have 3 grown up children. I have 9 grandchildren that vary in age from 4-12 so that keeps me busy. I enjoy having them over to do cooking and helping in the garden.
I understand how it is of the utmost importance to be respectful and encourage independence to people that require help or assistance in their homes.
Availability: Preferably Monday-Friday 3 hours per day maximum. In emergencies I could help on odd weekend days.
