Donna is an experienced meditator, with over twenty years experience. She has taught many young people how to meditate and enjoys practising yoga, Chi Kung and walking.

Donna has lots of patience, compassion and kindness and is a good listener. She is now living by the sea, in an ancient sailing village and loves reading. Donna also intends to take up rowing and/or paddle boarding!

Donna has cared for family members and also has lots of experience as a carer. She cared for her mother to end of life, she was living with bowel cancer. Donna also cared for her younger brother after experiencing a car accident, resulting in brain injury and epilepsy.

She also has experience working as a residential social worker, supporting people with learning disabilities and in more recent years she has worked as a companion carer on a part time basis, for a 76 year old gentlemen who had experienced a stroke and also many placements as a live in carer, working with people experiencing dementia.
