I was a qualified mental health nurse, but took early retirement in May 2021. I have spent 36 years in nursing, the majority caring for elderly people with learning disabilities, and the last 7 years of my career caring for those with mental health disorders. Since taking early retirement, I find that I miss caring and getting to know others.
I enjoy socialising and catching up with my family and friends. I have 3 young grandchildren whom I love spending time with. I enjoy baking, gardening, going for walks, sewing and knitting. Myself and a couple of family members have recently started going to a local pub quiz, which we enjoy despite not being very good!
Do you have a driving license and access to a vehicle?: Yes, I have a driving license & access to a car
