I spent two years caring for an elderly Italian lady in her 90's who needed help with her daily routine, attending to her needs, cooking, cleaning, taking her out where necessary, help with dressing, washing and all practical matters around the home. I can provide a reference for this particular role from the daughter whom I am still in touch with.

I also have personal experience with care, I assisted family members in old age.

I have also worked for a number of years for a disability arts charity; assisting individuals with different mental health and physical disabilities, to engage in art and creative writing.

I studied Anthropology and Communications at Goldsmith's University. Since then I have worked both in the UK and abroad; teaching and studying. I am interested in languages, speak English fluently and speak French well, as well as having studied Arabic, Italian and Russian.

I play the cello and love cooking, art and nature. I am good with people and sensitive to their needs. I am patient and a good listener. I am practical and calm.
