Tell Us About You? I have a background in social work (some 30 years) and have thoroughly enjoyed my career path and its opportunity.

More recently I have been able to take a step away and explore working with other client groups and enhancing my understanding and experience of others of all ages.

I've worked for Age Uk as a support worker and in more recent years, became a primary carer to a lovely mum with vascular dementia. I've always held a deep respect for others and recognise that support and care is a life long requirement and continues to be rewarding and fulfilling.

I’m a lady of mature years. I have developed many skills and interests through experience and learning. I'm organised and efficient; enjoy working for and with others. I have strong communication and listening skills and a great deal of empathy and compassion.

A mother to two grown and wonderful sons; a former carer to my late mother and a background with social services and private sector; predominately working with young people and families.

More free time now allows me to enjoy the beauty of Devon with my small and lively dog; keen walker and swimmer. I enjoy family research and am an avid reader.

Driving License? Yes, I have a driving license & access to a car

Vaccine:  2 vaccines

Your Availability? I am able to work Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings and evenings and should also available Thursday mornings.
