I’m Tracey, I am 40 years old. I am a committed, caring and friendly support worker/carer with a great passion for helping people of all ages. I have previous experience in supporting a variety of patients ranging from the elderly living from dementia to patients with cancer and end of life care. I have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and I enjoy working with a variety of different people.

I have experience supporting with personal care, administering medication, supporting with bedtimes, applying creams and making food and helping with shopping too.

I live in Calne with my son, I’m currently available in school hours. I have lots of care experience.

I have completed the level 2 qualification in health and social care.
